We will never sell, lease, rent or give your e-mail address to anyone
else without your permission. Address and contact information will
be used for shipping purposes only.
Warranty
TailGator® warrants to the original purchaser, from
the original date of purchase, that each TailGator® is free
from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or
replace any defective product as follows:
- Shipping Time - Pitcher assembly as seen on
page 8 of the manual. TailGator® warrants complete or partial
replacement of the pitcher assembly if damaged during shipping.
- 90 Days - Parts and labor on the power head
unit including the throttle cable.
- 1 year - Sealed drive bearing.
- Lifetime - Parts and labor on all TailGator®
fabricated parts limited to the motor coupling (#4), trigger mount
(#5), cable mount (#6), drive shaft (#3), leg mount (#7), rubber
legs (#8).
NOTE: Above listed numbered items are shown on
the warranty page of the TailGator® Manual.
Shipping and Order Information
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and additional costs may be
incurred for large and heavy items. Order processing takes 24 hours,
so shipping times should be added to the processing period. Shipments
are only delivered on business days.
*IMPORTANT: International shipments are subject
to duties, taxes, broker fees, and customs fees in your country.
These extra fees are your responsibility and must be paid upon receipt
of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your
local government determines the duty and customs charges.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax is added only to orders delivered within California. The
current sales tax rate in California is 7.375%.
HOW FAST WILL YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER?
All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday
through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, unless
otherwise noted.
PAYMENT
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Novus/Discover.
